    is this a good diet to loose fat and maintain muscle or maybe even grow?please help

    Is this a good diet i can use to loose more fat and gain more muscle or at least maintain my muscle mass?

    35 mins of cardio mixed intensity around 1 hour before breakfast
    meal 1- 1 cup oatmeal half cup bluberries and a protein shake or 5 egg whites and veggies
    meal 2-protein bar
    meal 3 - (after workout)1 cup brown rice,1 can tuna,broccoli
    meal 4-can of tuna or protein shake with veggies
    meal5-chicken or london broil steak and 1 cup brown rice and broccoli
    is this diet good?......i will be adding 7 grams of cla soon

    Get some more calories from protien. Drop the blueberries in the morning and add them for right after your workout meal. try to keep every meal with atleast 45 grams protien and add a 6th meal as well. If it can be helped I would also drop the protien bar as well,trade that in for some egg white,chicken breast, and whole wheat pasta or spinach pasta. Drop the brown rice for meal 5 and add green veggies. also 5 egg whites for breakfast needs to be changed to 7 or 8 egg whites or 5 egg whites with 20-30 grams of protein. If you have ne more questions feel free to ask. Oh and post workout use whey protein as your pro source and get simple carbs, preferably dextrose or maltodextrin. hell here is a sample diet

    meal 1: 8 egg whites and 1 cup oatmeal
    meal 2: 2 chicken breast and brown rice
    meal 3: post workout- whey protein and dextrose
    meal 4: 1 can tuna and half serving brown rice or oatmeal with veggies
    meal 5: 1 chcken breast and 5 egg whites with veggies
    meal 6: 40 grams of time released protein. (to last through night)
    keep the cardio 1 hour before breakfast like you have it,goodluck.

    i i add some peppers nd onins toy eggwhites in the mornig is that ok?./......and will the blueberies in the morning be a problem half a cup is like 10 grams of carbs i think....i just use it to give the oatmeal some flavor but if it is a bad thing i wi ll drop it....should i add some mea to my morning meal like tuna?
