    good bulking????diet

    meal 1 bagel, turkey bacon, 2%milk .
    cals 670, pro 46 carbs 56

    meals turkey burgers, on a bun
    cals 480 pro 40 carbs46

    meal3 shake, cals 550 pro 50 carbs 40

    meal4 2 tuna sandwichs cals 500 carbs 50

    meals 5 chicken or steak and mashed potatos
    cals 500 pro 50 carbs 80

    meal 6 before bed shake

    i am 166 5'10 around 3000 cals a day 200 to 250 pro ans 200 to 300 carbs, 3 days a week workout 6 to 8 reps heavy thanks guys

    ALOT OF WHAT YOU HAVE IN YOUR MEAL PROGRAM IS WHAT I EAT IN A GIVEN DAY. I EAT A BAGEL WITH 3 TO 4 EGG WHITE WITH A BAGAL AND TURKEY BACON AND IT'S GOOD FOR A FRIST MEAL.

    Try to keep the protein at 250g min. I assume your metabolism is quite fast. Start with what you have outlined. If you don't see your weight go up then increase calories.

    Try to only get in 1-1.25 grams of protien per lb of body wieght. Any more than that your body will not use and is simply gonna sit in your kidneys as a toxin.

    Make sure to use whole grain breads on them sandwiches and toss in some oat meal and brown rice.

    Do that and your golden.


    P.S. Try that 12 grain bread, its freaking good
