    can someone explain this to me, ive looked through the search and kinda get the point but how do u know if yur in ketos?

    there are sticks you can buy at most pharmacies that you pee on and they tell you if you are or aren't... although a ketogenic diet can be very successful for fat loss... i'm not a big proponent of it due to the negative health effects...
