    Football Diet

Hey everyone, im Tyler and i just started seriously getting into weightlifting even though i have been off and on for the last year and a half. Im 6'3 225 about and only 16 years old. Yes, i know im young. I know i will not take steroids becuse they will mess me over. All i know is diet work hard and sleep. Heres my problem i need to get a diet lol. I have 25% bf and im not tonstrong for my size, but im quick. The only thing holding me back from being a star on the field is my personal strength. Lets say for my size im WEAK. I need your help to let me excel om the field amd most importantly in the weightroom. All your help is greatly apperciated and im looming for a bulking diet i believe. I have read the two bulking stickys on the nutrition form but i still wamt your help, thanks

Lay out your current diet or a proposed diet for critiquing (include macros: pro/carbs/fat).

Realize that when you bulk you almost always add a bit of fat as well. If strength is your main goal though, I guess that wouldn't matter.

    Do you know your tdee?

I would do a recomp diet, 40/40/20 macro split at your tdee. Im guessing for the field you don't want to lose much weight? You prob don't want to bulk at 25% bf either.. Work on basic lifts, deads squats bench mill press, pullups, etc. Look into it and come back with specific questions
