    How many grams of protein in one LG egg

    I did a search guys And couldn't find it .....

    it's time to tweek my Diet .Joy of all joys I need 473grams a day and Thats 8 shakes I've had a hard time eating Enough lately. After 9 mounths of eggs , chicken and shakes I got a Kidney infection. Thought it was a Kidney stone (fuck Me) .............upped my shakes from 60g to 100g they my kidneys just shut down.....5 day on CIPRO lost 5 LBS of lean mass ......Im cool now ...

    Im eating every 2 hour when I'm awake ....

    need help increasing digestion!!!!


    Anyone have experence with spiroleana ......?

    Any ideas ....? (yes I know thats Real vague )

    Is this serious or are you fooling around? Were you actually drinking 8 protein shakes a day? Why would you make a 100g shake its just a waste and 473 grams of protein a day you don't need that, WOW just my two cents!

    Hey lets clarify this Im not and was not taking 8 shakes ...2.2grams of protein per pound at 215 Lbs.....3 shakes 60grams tuna , chicken brests ........when I increased to 100grams shakes my body wouldn't have it ....

    And the Deitary breakdown is not on the price club carton.....

    Law requires any food meant for consumption have a breakdown of what they have nutritionally inside (fat, carbs, sodium, protein, ingredients), just look on the friggin box like pump111 says. Anyway a large egg has either 7-8 grams of protein. As for your protein consumption I bet your on the john at least 2-3 times a day getting rid of all that unused protein.

    I too thought the same thing....checked out my carton of egs as well as ones in the grocery store before googling the question. None of them had any nutritional anywhere on the carton, inside or outside. Thank you for the info.
