I need some suggestions/critizism/advice on my new diet I am going to be doing soon, until I start my next cycle in a few weeks:

3:00 am:
6 Egg Whites
2 Cups Oatmeal
1 Apple
1 tsp Glutamine
1 tbsp Flaxseed Oil
1 cup Orange Juice
off to work

6:00 am:
12 oz Tuna (canned)
4 slices of wheat bread
1 cup of Pineapple

9:00 am:
10 oz Lean Ground Beef
1 cup Cantalope

10:00 am: hit the gym, finish at around 11:45-12:00

12:30 pm:
5 oz Chicken Breast
4 oz Potatoes
1 cup of Carrots
1 cup White Rice
1 tsp glutamine
2 tbsp Flaxseed Oil
1 serving Ultra Fuel

Might catch an hour or two nap

4:00 pm:
8 oz Ground Beef
1 cup cooked Spinach
1/4 cup of Plain Yogurt

7:00 pm:
1 package of Isopure
1 tbsp Flaxseed Oil
1 tsp Glutamine

8:00pm: Sleep
