Check out my bulking plan (critique pls)

meal #1 : 50g oatmeal, 1 tblsp honey, milk, protein shake with milk
    and a banana.

meal #2 : 120g whole wheat bread (2 slices) with peanut butter.

meal #3 : 100g noodles or rice with 200g chicken breast or lean meat.

meal #4 : pancakes consisting of about 70g oats, milk etc. with
apple sauce or low cal syrup.

meal #5 : 4 whole eggs, protein shake with milk

    meal #6 : 250g cottage cheese, milk

this is about 3000 calories. on workout days i add a post workout shake. currently 164 lbs looking to bulk. what do you think?

    164lbs how tall???

I try to stay away from fruit, but that is just me. Milk is good for bulking, lot of growth factors in there, as well as whole eggs. Looks solid, drop the honey replace it with more oats and throw some no calorie sweetener in there

I was thinking about upping calories to around 3500 before but I wondered, since I am not using any AS for now, if i'd just get fat doing that..
