What ??? Well, today for breakfast, I woke at up 9:30, ate some oatmeal, a banana, some pecan wheels, a glass of milk. Then went shopping with my parents at some outlet stores. Then went to eat with them after that - their treat of course. I had Roast Beef Au Jus with french fries and some seafood chowder. Then I came home and had to work in the evening. Ate a PBJ, some carrots, an orange and a protein drink with milk. Finished up work, had some noodles with meatballs & sauce. Now I find myself here.....

Well, my fucking refridgerator has been broken for two fucking weeks now. This morning I woke up and searched the pantry and I found an old dusty can of clam chowder and some stale Saltines. At work, a few hours later, my boss gave me half of his french fries. Its midnight right now, and I just cooked up some vegetarian baked beens that I found under the table in my living room. Fucking sweet. Please shoot me.

Ok here is what I ate today
4am -woke up (Damn my new job)

9:30 - another shake
noon -bowl of wheat rice and chicken breast
3:00 yet another shake
6:00 a bowl of boiled shrimp over wheat rice

Now last week I would have said 2 sauge mcmuffins for breakfast .... In and out for lunch... and pizza for dinner. I was having a bad month so my diet reflected it. I'm back on track as you can see now and looking to get rid of the fat I gained. Now If I could just get myself to sleep more

Mike xxl is that a pic of you while you said you used that plan for cutting, It's just hard to maintain the upper body muscle while defining your abs. I'm not a competitor or anything but just going for the men's health fitness model look,
could I use that plan to achieve this?
-when u use the whey, is the 14 grams the weight of the powder mixed in 1 cup of water or skim milk?
-the 100 g of potato is the weight before or after cooking? (always wondered that!) same for the frozen veggies and oatmeal , are these the pre-cooked measurements or after cooked?
-do u mix the dextrose, maltodextrose and whey all in 1 cup (8oz) of water or ?
-when do you fit your work out in those meals?
- finally what time do you go to bed for taking your last meal, and do you get up to drink a protein shake.
I would appreciate your input, thanks!

CREW:
Thant's a lot of Questions Bro......J/K...
This is the diet i'm using right now to get ready for a show...although i have always used similar plans to get lean. You could use a plan like this to get lean assuming you are about 200lbs and 12% or so of BF, which is what it's disigned for aslo, everybody is slightly different so you might have to adjust the diet a bit. The whole diet plan is posted on COMPETITIVE BODYBUILDING Q & A (i attached a link below), so if you want you can check that out as well...(everyday is slightly different as far as carb intake goes)
That would be 14gm of powder (containing 11gm of whey) mixed with water, it's always water when i am dieting.
All of the food measuments are done after cooking...
I mix whey, dextrose and Maltodextrin all in container with about 20oz of water.
My work out is around 6:30pm and i drink the above mix right after so the time might very a bit from day to day.
I go to bed around 10:30-11:00 and i do not get up to dring a protein drink in the night...
Hope that helps you out bro, and as i said go and check out the link below for the whole plan...good luck...
