Shredz, I'll try and find out exactly what my fiance does but she makes this amazing beef stir fry for me. Heaven! Bit of rice and veggies also and I'm happy.

Also chicken with a bit of fajita mix on is really nice too.

    Ah, right. Just asked her:

Beef (cut into small pieces as it makes it cook quicker and is easier to eat with just a spoon)
    Peppers
    Soy Sauce (reduced salt)
    Chinese 5 spice powder
    cajun pepper powder
a little extra virgin olive oil (oh popeye!)
    Onion
    crushed garlic

Cook the beef first (oil is to just wet the pan prior to the juices from the beef)
Once browned poor away the liquid.
Then add everything else and cook until ready (depends how you like your peppers.

Tastes really good!! Experiment with the quantities involved until you are happy.

    cheers,

    def

Nothing's better then my mums chicken cutlets with a kick ass salad. My mouth is watering right now just thinking about it!
When I'm bulking my favorite foods are pasta and a big juicy steak. What can I say..I'm italian. You damn right Italians can't resist pasta.
And If I have one wish before I die, I think I'll have to go with a bowl of spagetti, some garlic bread, and a glass of wine. That way, I'll lay in my coffin with a nice big grin

Hey Shredz, get online at amazon or go to the book store and pick up
The Gourmet Prescription by Dr. Deborah Chud.
That book has so many good dishes in it. I'm cooking out of it at least a few times a week.
It divides up the sections into Protein dishes and Carb dishes w/ sub chapters for diff. meats and carbs.
    It's a good buy.

Scrambled egg whites mixed with some fresh cooked rice and a small sprinkle of 1/2 salt. I know it's strange but I love it.
One today is worth two tomorrows.

If your going for low to no sodium, you can mince some garlic, throw the garlic, pepper, dash of chilli powder, dash of dry mustard into a plastic bag with the steaks. let that sit in the fridge over night.

If you don't care about sodium---Tony's all the way
