isnt diferent depending where you take your chicken from???
the ususal is 30% which would mean 30 grams/100 grams
but i bought a box the other day and it only has 13.5% meat protein(i wont be bying that again)that would be 13.5 grams /100gram breast
then i bought another box and the chicken was 17% meat protein(17 grams) for 100 gram breast
I guess i should buy my chicken off the meat counter???

You can try looking into a book at your local bookstore called "The Protien Counter". If they do not carry that particular book I'm sure that they will have one that is basically the same thing. It should list the nutrional value of just about any foods that you can think of from baked chicken to fast foods.
