    tuna's ok but how do you eat your oatmeal???

    That shit is terrible. how does everybody eat their oatmeal .I would need about a cup of brown sugar to swallow that shit or eat the flavored ones but they are not as good for you right??

    Any ideas would be great
    i need something quick and edible

    Splenda,Equal, Sweet and Low with microwaved oatmeal.

    Make oatmeal pancakes.

    2 egg whites
    1 cup oats
    2 scoop protein powder, just enough water to moisten it all.

    Heat on med high till LIGHTLY browned on each side, take off the pan and throw some keto syrup or a sweetener on it. Yummy.

    I love oatmeal. Make it different each time so you don't get sick of it. It is basically my only carb source. besides dextrose post workout.

    Are you making it with milk or water ?? Milk makes it taste better. If I have plain oatmeal, I'll add brown sugar, and a little maple syrup. But, I usually by the flavored ones Maple & Brown Sugar is the best.

    Of course, they taste good with Oreo's too....haha.

    Hey Papa i dont know about the pancakes but i will try. You mean to tell me you dont eat any rice and sweet potatoes ,ouch .

    Dam PapaPump! Your quite the chef in your own right ya know that!
    You can try this, in the past useing artifical sweetners have made my oatmeal taste like crap IMO. You can use any type of fruit, but rememebr this too contains sugars in varying degrees depending on what type of fruit you use.
    Or you can try useing several spoonfuls of yogort, this can and a zing as well.
    Or you can do one of my favorites. Try mixxing in a little ground cinnamon along with very little sugar. Just enough to take the bitter taste from the cinnamon.

    the game- i keep meaning to buy sweet potatoes, but i never do. i buy this hot cereal mixture as well (barley,rolled oats, whole rye). that shit is good as well.

    Splenda is the best tasting stuff IMO. 1 pack on a bowl makes a world of difference. Straight up in the protein shake is not to bad either. I only use water with the microwave type

    dude, tuna AND oatmeal, mmmm.... just throw them in together, it's great! low glycemic carbs and clean protein, you can't go wrong

    1-cup oatmeal/ 1cup non-fat milk, mix in some Cinnamon.
    and/or
    1 cup raw mixed with protein shake
    and/or
    tuna mixed with raw oatmeal and some spicy mustard!

    That's what I was thinking. I quit eatin tuna long ago.

    I eat oatmeal every morning. I am usually in a hurry to get to work so I make it quick. All I eat in mine is cinnamon and spenda. MMMM taste great. I mix a protein shake to wash it down with. That and a glass of water (that stuff is sticky)

    Yeah, since I'm on a mass phase now, my first meal of the day is a weightgainer (Champion) and a small bowl of oatmeal and tuna fish. Going old school over here!

    My oatmeal taste good now .I posted a recipe on the recipe forum a guy at work brought it in .I tried a few of the suggestions and they were ok .


    The trick for me is not to let it get soggy (dont let it swell up) I just add hot water out of the tap and i am ready to go .

    Much better then before. I can eat tuna with a bit of mustard or light miracle whip no problems but i have to admit guy's my oatmeal taste better then the tuna now with the new found recipes.
