let me know what you think of my diet
I eat the same shit every day.
Meal 1 6 egg whites with cottage cheese(1 cup),1 whole wheat toast and a banana
meal 2 mrp (optimum)and a fruit
meal 3 2 cans of tuna with rice and canned mixed veggies
meal 4 interactive whey protein and a fruit
meal 5 6 oz chicken(or 8 oz lean beef) and a small baked potato
meal 6 6 oz chicken breast
meal 7 (before bed) 6 egg whites with cottage cheese(1 cup)
and tree tablespoons of amino acics(optimum2222)(22grams protein)

im not a fan of fructose...replace that with another slice of toast or some oatmeal(i know how much of a fan you are of that ) also throw some vegtable in meal 1 and 6. broc is my veg of choice.
everything else looks bomb diggidy. go get em tiger. \
btw...are u leaning out...maintaining?? what are ur stats?

thanks once again bro, you the man.
I am waiting for some gear(1st cycle)(hopefully). so i am trying to cut a bit before but am paranoid of losing the little mass i got.
I am 5'8" and 185 lbs . I have a few pics in the pics forum(a while back)
how do you eat the brocolli , just steamed ?

i eat broccoli the frozen kind just mircrowaved usually just mix in 8 oz of steak throw some hot sauce on, and stir it around...then one hour later when im starving...i do it all over again.
if u r trying to maintain/cut then that is an awesome diet. stick to it...and when u start ur cycle, are u bulking,lean massing, or continuing to cut?
bro those are nice stats for 5'8, u got some good size!

thanks papa i think i have what Arnold shwarzneggar refers to as
" fear of smallness" as i have always been small and now i dont want to lose what i have gained in the last year or so.
When or if i ever get this cycle off the ground i will probably bulk without adding too much fat hopefully .(lean massing)
