    Please critique my diet plan PLEASE!

    Train gym 6:30 am-8:00 am
    pro/carb/fat
    8:00am 8 egg whites 32/0/0
    1/2 cup oatmeal 5/27/3
    1 scoop nitro tech 20/3/1.5

    Total 57/30/4.5 388.5 cal

    how big are you? doesnt look hardly enough calories to increase muscle mass IMO. what are your goals...

    My stats are like 5'10" 205 bf ? but around 20.

    I want to really increase muscle mass and drastically reduce my Boby Fat. Not real sure what route to take. As you can see from the pics.
