    Pasta

I just had to say this.

I havnt eated pasta since early June this year.

I had it on twice on Monday, and boy was i refreshed(!) for my Tuesday workout

Might i add it was one of the best workouts ive had all summer!

Have i been going to low in my carbs?

Palme I too have been incorporating pasta in my diet and found that it really ignited my workouts...
I checked the index on pasta and it is low. I have been eating a cup of pasta at lunch 12:30 and by 7pm I am on fire bro. Pasta is lower on the index then brown rice and whole wheat so it's okay to eat in moderation of course

If you like pasta which I do and sometimes have no choice but to eat it since my soon to be inlaws are italian go with brown rice pasta.

tastes great and is a low glycemic carb.

enjoy! can usually find it at health stores or bulk stores

Like everyone here I believe that you can take in pasta however it should allways be in moderation. Problem is pasta by itself can get old quick and it useually is all the other crap that we pour over it that drives the nutrional value high. If you are looking for some low fat and rather easy ways to fix pasta, me and Tigress have quite a large collection in the reciepe section. Just type in Pasta in the search icon if you do not see anything off the page that really interest you.

You are right some are way off, but
do you approve of pasta being a good source of carbs when training instead of rice or potatoes
