Diet coke causes water retention??
I am on very strict diet because of the comp. on 18th of this month.
But last night I had 1.5l of diet coke after 1 hr cardio.
Then this morning my body seems to me swollen up, especially legs.
Is that due to diet coke?
Does somebody have a clue?
( I dont ususlly drink any soda.)

Just come back from 10k run.
My legs are still swollen up.
Yes, I had 1.5L of diet coke.
I was so thursty.
BTW I am not taking any juice right now.
My diet does not contain much sodium.
Do you think I may have kidney or heart problem?
I finished last cycle about 2 wks ago.
And I did not have any noticiable sides during that time.
Any input wold be appriciated.
Thanks.
