EFA sources

Im on a low carb diet and need a good source of EFAs.
Im using Olive oil and I was recently told that they dont do shit in the efa dept. I also eat 3 whole eggs in the morning. Total fats in diet:

3 whole eggs
1 tbsp olive oil

Where do I get flax? Store bought, or at GNC etc?
Hit me back. I need an extremelty CHEAP source!

dont get the flax pills. i have read that you have to take upto 14 to equal one tablespoon of cold pressed flaxseed oil.

I havent found a cheap source, mine is 10.95 a bottle which is steep.

hopefully some other bros can give us a hook up.
