Not a fan of sweet potatoes and oatmeal...carb sources?

I've just started my end of the summer ritual, the bulking cycle (albeit a bit early). I know i need to bump the carbs but i'm not big on sweet potatoes and oatmeal, two of the basic carb staples of a mass building program. Right now, my carbs are coming from whole wheat pasta, the occassional whole wheat roll, lots of veggies, a serving of fruit per day, and a good amount of yogurt. Am I losing out big time by denying myself these two carb sources or can i make it without them? Any suggestions from people who've had success without these two? Any favorite carb sources i'm overlooking? Thanks

I wouldn't say bagels are good, but they are decent if eaten in moderation. Bagels are low in fat but they are refined carbohydrates and can put on fat rather quickly if eaten too often. I would stick with whole grain varieties and have no more than one per day.
