im worried that im not consuming enought food but i dont want to overeat if possible everyday i eat 2 bags of tuna 50g protein 3 40g protein shakes 6-8 cups of bran or fiber ceral and then for dinner usually whatever my girlfreind maked steak, lazanga, casserole ,meatloaf ,ect...do you think im getting enough macronutrients and calories im currently on cycle 500mg/test. any comments would be greatly appreciated
