    multivitamin

    6 egg whites
    1 cup oatmeal w/1 tbs honey
    1 cup lowfat cottage cheese
    1 med banana

    Meal 3: 12p
    Large grilled chicken breast
    1 med potato

    Meal 4: 2p
    Large grilled chicken breast
    1 med potato

    Meal 5: 5:30p
    Grilled salmon fillet
    1 cup white rice
    1 cup mixed veggies
    1 tbs nat pb
    2 cups skim milk
