    cut diet

    starting a test p tren a cycle soon. this is my first time cutting ever so please be as harsh as u want. anways this is my diet

    wake up
    protein shake-23g

    HIIT cardio 30mins
    protein shake with 2 servings oatmeal-56 protein 56 carbs 5 fats

    meal-1
    6oz chicken breast 1 serving oatmeal-47 pro 23 carbs 2.5 fats

    meal-2
    6oz chicken breast or tuna 1 serving natty peanut butter-49 pro 3 carbs 14 fats

    meal-3
    6oz chicken breast 1 serving oatmeal-47 pro 23carbs 2.5 fats

    go to gym

    meal-4
    protein shake-46 pro 40 carbs 0 fats

    meal-5
    big bowl of greens
    8oz 93% lean beef 1 serving brown rice-51 pro 31 carbs 1 fat

    meal-6
    6oz chicken breast 2 servings natty peanut butter-53 pro 3 carbs 14 fats

    maybe a protein shake when i wake up in the middle of the night 30grams.

    total
    protein=400 carbs=179 fats=39 not including the fats from the chicken and beef.

    Bro add in you stats< weight, body fat % if you know......

    5'7 250 dunno bf at the very top id say 20% im looking to loose like 40lbs.
    might add in some clen good idea or bad?

    Personally i would bump up your carbs a bit. Maybe to 250 grams or 300 grams, and start from there, in terms of subtracting calories when needed
