Hi everyone, I found a product called 'Mill Milk' in the supermarket today and I went ahead and bought it.

Check out the ingredients:
- Artesian Spring Water
- Organic Whole Oats
- Rapeseed Oil

no added sugar, salt etc.

this stuff is AWESOME! I think it is a viable milk substitute for those who are lactose intolerant or are currently cutting!

It seems to be relatively low GI and high in fibre.
