Looking for cooking tips
I have a couple of questions.
1-How do you prepare for eating for the week? Do you cook in bulk or nightly. I do nightly and it is annoying. But meals are banging.
2-Veggies, everyone says 1-2 cups of veggies, what veggies, and how should I prepare this. What is the easiest way?

I prepare a shit load of food on Sundays. I will steam up some brown rice, cook about 7-8 pieces of chicken, and make breakfast burritos. This is for my lunches and mid day meals.
Whatever vegetables you like. I steam mine.
