    Angry Stuck on same weight!

I recently started bulking again about 2 months ago. I read alot of the theads here and learned alot about how my diet should be. I really thought I had it down after the first month, I am 6'1" 205lbs now, but I was 195lbs. 2 months ago. The problem is that the 10 lbs. that I have gained were in the first month of my bulking diet. Since then I have jumped around between 204 and 206lbs. for the pass 3 weeks. Im still eating about 400g of protein,600g of carbs, and about 60g of fats every day. That diet comes out to be about 4200 to 4500 cals. Should I bump up the cals to 5000? I would like to get to 225 to 230lbs. before I start my cutting diet (that i haven't even thought about yet). What do ya'll think I should do to help me start gaining again?

Yeah, increase your cals slowly, about 500 a week and see how that works. Don't raise them too quickly or you'll just store it all as fat.
