    How does this look?

    sorry I had posted this thread in the diet section,and i got no responses.
    Just want to know what you all think of my diet. i'll delete this thread myself after i get response. just want to know if it looks good. again sorry for posting this here i just wasn't getting any responses in Diet Forum. thanks in advance to any replies..

    Meal 1:
    2 eggs
    5 egg whites
    4 oz chicken
    1\2 cup oatmeal
    1 banana
    2 slices of whole wheat bread
    500mgs ala

    Meal 2:
    6 oz turkey
    1 apple, or orange
    250mg ala

    meal 3:
    6 oz chicken
    yam
    mixed vegatables
    500 mg ala

    meal 4:
    2 cans of tuna
    1 egg
    1\2 cup of oatmeal
    250 mg ala

    meal 5 (pre workout)
    40 grams protein
    1\2 teaspoon of flax
    5 grams creatine

    Meal 6 (post workout)
    40 grams protein
    10 grams glutamine
    5 bcaa's
    1 cup oatmeal
    10 oz baked potatoe
    1 cup vegatables
    1000mg ala

    Meal 7 (last meal before bed)
    4oz chicken
    5 eggs whites
    mixed vegatables

    I want to start my cycle real soon,and i want to make sure that i have everything in check. i want to make this one my best yet

    I saw you have ala in your diet. Newbie question here. I was told to use ala and milk thistle 10 days before starting a cycle. What is ala?

    Well that cycle looks pretty dam solid :-)
    As for the diet: That's a very clean,high protein diet. God bless you if you can follow that everyday cuz I sure as hell couldn't lol
    When I bulk I eat anything and everything but I keep my protein high.
    Don't be afraid to have some icecream or burgers. Your trying to get big right? Well you gotta eat like your big.
    Diet looks good to me, but like I said don't be afraid to throw in a double cheese burger once or twice a week.

    Hey bro,
    I went ahead and moved this post to the diet section. Your diet looks great. I personnally would elminate the fruits and the bread though. Although they are consummed in the early parts of the day, fruits are still loaded with sugar. But is just me, if you get good results then stick to it. Everything else looks great. Remember if things start to get a little boreing, there is always the reciepe section! LOL
