Alternative breakfast to eggs and oatmeal

Ok i have grown very VERY tired of eggwhites/eggs, omelots and oatmeal.

Does anyone have any other breakfast idea's that are relatively simple and dont consume a lot of time to make.

    Thanks.

I too grew tired of the mentioned combo and did not like getting up that early before class to make breakfast. So I started making the following:

    8 oz skim milk
    1/2 scoop whey protein
    1/2 cup oats
    1 banana
    2 whole eggs
    A few ice cubes

Blend it up and drink it down.

ive tried to blend up almost everything you can think of, but ive never blended eggs. How does that taste? Or can you even taste the eggs over the other ingredients and is it safe?

I honestly can't taste them. People have mixed opinions on eating raw eggs. Its probably not the safest thing to do because of salmonella poisoning and what not. . . I've heard you can buy pasteurized whole eggs in a carton but I can't seem to find them. . . only pasteurized egg whites.

I wouldn't recommend drinking eggs uncooked unless they're pasteurized.

The odds of getting salmonella are approximately 1/30,000 (per egg)

Although the risk is small, I'd rather not end up in the hospital and have to get part of my intestine removed and lose a shitload of weight...

I just eat elite oats and about 6 oz of splenda/vanilla flavored ricotta cheese. together they have ~500 calories and 55g protein. It takes about 2 minutes, tops.

HAHA thanks stone i like that last one.

I guess a nice protein shake would do the trick, add some oats in there. Any others? I'm sure there are a bunch of people in the same boat as me.

I have a 6oz chicken, cook about 4 days worth at a time and keep in fridge. I also cook 1 box whole wheat pasta and mix with sauce.

I warm up one chicken breast and 1 cup pasta. Microwave for 50 seconds...ready to grab and go. Protein and carbs....
