    Low fat peanut butter vs. nattie pbutter

    Could someone please fill me in on what would be better for a cut?

    im from canada and the low-fat PB sold here is paked with sugars,, and the fat content is not that low, by low-fat standards

    Smuckers Natty PB is the best,But I only use it for a craving supressor late at night for slow Pm digestion.1 tbs

    i 2nd this everything smart balance makes is great!

    i like the pb better than the others cause you dont have to stir it and it needs no refrigeration.

    you have to stir ur pb? all the ones ive tryed you dont have to stir or refrig...just open and enjoy

    natural pb needs to be stired and refrigerated.

    Well some kinds do require it if there are no preservatives. I get Skippy Natural. It has no hydrogenated oil in it, which is the requirement. That can be room temperature and it won't separate.

    Hmmm, ANy aussies know good natty brands, All i can find is low fat and reduced salt and reduced fat and low salt heh. maybe im looking in the wrong isle..

    That's the kind I have there's no hydrogenated oil and it tastes awesome
