What can you put on your meatloaf for flavor?
Is there rubs or something like ketchup bit I hate ketchup so different tatse that's not high in sugars,carbs?

garlic, Steak seasoning, soy sauce, onions...to name a few

i like the fajita seasoning/rub

I use salsa and cheese.
In fact I make meatloaf real different. I mix a jar of salsa and a package of cheese in with 5 pounds of ground beef and a large chopped onion. Put it into oven dishes, spread salsa over the top and sprinkle with cheese shreds. bake until the meat is done and the cheese melts and browns.
