    Look for 2 g per pound of bodyweight.
    1kilo = 2.2lbs

    I go with about 1.5 gm of protein for every 1 pound of weight. That is 3.3 gm of protein for 1 kg of body weight...i take in about 300gm a day 200gm from solid foods and 100gm from whey protein...XXL

    I have never consumed or recommended more than up to 2.0 (or 4.4 if you use kg) grams per pound of lean body mass. Additionally, it depends also on how much you're training and how much cardio you're performing. Obviously the more active you are the greater your need. Timing and dosing is also crucial. Some protein sources take longer to assimilate and you will have to consume smaller amounts. Figure the amount you'll need, split it up over 6 meals and a pre-bed protein blend of about 25-40 grams (no carbs at that time) and get plenty of sleep. You'll make good gains I promise.
