fresh start- cutting
I always had a lean physique, but the last two to three years, I don't have any control over my bodyfat. Even with a strict diet it goes up. So, I want to make a new start with a new cutting diet:
my weight: 200 lb
bodyfat: between 16 and 18
age: 35
I want to follow this diet:
meal 1
- oatmeal: 100 g
- proteine shake: 50 g
meal 2
- apple
meal 3
- rice: 100 g
- 4 egg whites
- 1 egg
- vegetables
meal 4
- oatmeal: 50 g
- proteine shake: 50 g
meal 5
- potatoes: 500 g
- fish: 200 g
- vegetables
meal 6
- proteine shake: 50 g
Calorie: 2135
protein: 183 g
Carb: 290 g
fat: 27 g
I'm afraid that the total calorie are not enough. But I want definitely lose bodyfat

One thing so far, Not going into a ton of details, getting ready to go.
Stop having soo many shakes, relpace it with real food.
Apple is not a meal, your cutting. That is pure sugar.
potatoes? What kind?
Where is PWO PPWO?
You need more protein At least stay with 1.5G per pound
And if this is carb, which im sure is "koolhydraten" Thats wayy too many
