    My ass kicking, easy, cheap, chicken recipe!

    go to the store, usually in the tuna section..look for the vacuum sealed bag of chicken (i like "sweet sue"..under $2 a bag at wal-mart)...get a piece of tin foil about 1ft x 1ft, dump the chicken into the center...squirt kc masterpiece (big ronnie's favorite) over the chicken...wrap up and put in the oven on 350 for about 20min...

    chicken (entire bag):
    fat-3.5g
    carb-o
    protein-38.5g

    bbq sauce (approx. 6 tablespoons):
    fat-0
    carb-45
    protein-3??

    this is very delicious and easy!
