take some tuna mix in some onions, tomatoes, peppers, and some jalpeneos peppers , and add some cilantro damm the peppers kick it up a notch and damm it taste good--mexican stlye tuna made easy

When in a hurry, I'll open up a can, squeeze out the extra water, and put some barbeque sauce on top, wolf it down right out of the can. Not too bad. Neither is A1 sauce or Heinz 57. Soysauce in a pinch. Prefer it, though, with onions and mixed with plain yogurt.

Still eat a can a day... yuck (lets be honest, it's a protein goldmine!). I add lemon juice, half a small diced tomato and dijon powder to make it bearable.

But I find no matter what I add to tuna it's still disgusting. Like my uncle once said "No matter how much chocolate and sugar coating you put on a pile of shit, it still tastes like shit".

I have a can of pink salmon 1 day a week for a change.

A can a day for me...And some raw tuna (Ahi) once or twice a week...We cube raw tuna and mix in some onions,soy sauce,limu(seaweed),sesame oil mmmmmmmm good stuff...

whoot, finally found a way i like it and now i eat 2 cans a day (42g of protein!).

solid white pure albacore, a little oregano, some hot sauce, some relish, some chopped up celery....and lots of MAYO! haha, can't stay away from the mayo...=/

found a new way that's great, mix one can of solid white tuna with a can of progresso vegatable soup. can't even taste the tuna.

Love it, i eat it right out of the can i just dab some red hot on it. Use to eat three cans a day, but dropped to just one after i realized that tuna has a lot of mercury in it. Hmm is that why my hair was falling out.

I have heard about that. I've read reccomendations that tune should not be eaten more than 2x a week. Apparently it has to do with tuna being a big fish which is almost last in the food chain, and they accumulate all the toxins from the smaller fishies they eat.

Dunno it it's true, but I usually won't have more than 1 can per day. I vary with other stuff like Salmon.

I can eat it straight up out of the can, no problem. A great thing has happend, well in canada at least (not too sure if you can get it in the USA) as far as tuna is concerned. Clover Leaf has started making these 85gram tins of flavoured tuna, theres Lemon Pepper, Tomato Basil, and Spicy Thai I think.........the Lemon Pepper and Tomato Basil are the shit, only problem is that is doest come in a bigger can though!!!...... if you can get these, you gotta try them.

This thread has been around a long time. I eat it with a small cut up apple and 1 tb real mayo, for about 2 meals a day. Once a week I splurge on fresh lobster instead.

TUNA IS GREAT!!!

I eat about 3 cans a day! I even eat one in the school's locker room/change room with my buddy! It's MMM MMM good!

I can eat it right out of the can, I don't mind the taste at all, but something new that I have started doing, and makes it taste REALLY good, is to just add some lemon juice.
