Everyone at my work eats the local chinese food place. I try to tell them the healtiest dish is shit there. I need back what do you guys think.

There isnt a thing healthy about chinese food. Especially the fast food nes. EVERYTHING touches oil and crap !

This stuff they sell is called "American Chinese" by all of the Chinese citizens and naturalized US citizens I work with. The stuff is garbage! They know what Americans like so they are the supply for that demand. Every Chinese person I have ever met eats very healthy.

That Chinese buffet stuff will kill you. Although you can probably throw down 4000 calories in one sitting, you won't be doing anything for your health and boy you would probably look much better eating cleanly.
