    Alcohol question?????

    is drinking 2 times a week such a horrible thing in terms of bodybuilding???? im in college, and its really hard to not do it...im a fan of vodka and rum, most of the time i mix it w diet drinks......any info would be great

    When I was in college I used to be a maniac about working out and EVERY week I'd binge drink on a Thursday or Friday. Long story short: I've never made better gains in my entire life (not that I'm attributing it to the alcohol, but it certainly didn't have much of an adverse affect on them).

    Alchohol is the least of my liver's problems.

    ive cut back on the drinking havent noticed much of a difference in gains but I am not as bloated all the time as i used to be
