diet help needed
what's up fellas. i am about to start my cycle and i want to get a good diet down pat. i am at about 11% b/f right now and i would like to get down to about 8%. i don't have the best genetics so i think if it is possible it will be through diet. any help would be great. i here keto is good and low carb is good too.

Your about to start a cutting cycle or an anabolic cycle?

Keep the protein consumption high, low-moderate carbs earlier in the day and make sure your getting your EFA's in.

Yup, maybe supplement with some whey protein/glutamine.....

Essential fatty acids, in other words good fats, you need em in your diet, go to your local pharmacy and grab a bottle of "Flax seed oil" and take a tblspoon in the morning with a shake and before bedtime, that should do it :)

Yeah shoot for around 1.5 grams of protein per pound about 30-40 grams of fats, about 150-250 grams of carbs depending on meta/bodyweight. Get most of your carbs in the morning and post workout.

thank you guys. would peanut butter count as a good fat . i throw a spoonful in my shakes sometimes

Yeah, id prefer some Flax or olive oil though while cutting :D
