I don't know what to tell you for the last 2 years i have had 4 oz of oatmeal, couple of packets of equal, water, skimmed milk, and a scoop of natural pb with 2 pieces of dry whole wheat toast, i don't even think about it anymore. Its just another meal to me sorry i can't help yah bro.

i like to sprinkle cinnimon on my oat meal, kind of kicks it up a notch--bamm!!!!!!

Apple Pie Oatmeal:
2 servings of rolled oats
8 ounces of Apple sauce
1 teaspoon of brown sugar
Dash of Allspice, nutmeg and cinnamon
Protein: 7g
Carbs: 43g
Fat: 3g
Total: 217 calories
Although no apple flavored protein that I know of to date... you can always drink a seperate glass to wash it down. :D
great idea, I just got some freshly made applesauce from the apple orchard, little samples of different kinds :)
what I find help is to use a lot less water than normal and cook on high heat for rather quick. for example, the oats I use suggests 5 minutes thorough cooking with about 1 cup water. I use 1/2 a cup water, on quite high heat for around 3 minutes. what this does is make it thick, almost dare I say chunky cottage cheese cosistency. i know that sounds weird, but it is so much better and more flavorful than watery porridge type oatmeal. also i use splenda and cinnamon, sometimes some nutmeg

I put a scoop of chocolate ice cream in mine. Not the best nutritionally, but I do pretty good on the rest of my diet, so I don't worry about it. Gotta have it . . .
I found something that i think i'll stick to for a bit, raisens, 1 tblspn of peanutbutter and a dash of cinnamon...pretty good :)

I cook oatmeal in a non-stick pan, then I add equal and cinnamon, I love it.
pfft just throw it in the microwave for a minute.
1 min in the microwave with a dash of cinnamon
I usually mix some natural honey in with mine. Or just blend a cup of oatmeal in with my morning protein shake.
im a sugar freak so i ussually put like a table sppon or 2 of maple syrup.. or strawberry flavored ice cream toppings

I throw I handful of fresh bluberries on mine after it cooks but before I take it out of the pan...let the berries get warm. Sprinkle a tiny bit of sugar on top .... like 1/4 of a teaspoon.
