Condiments
I have been eating ketchup with everything, thinking that it wasnt so full of sodium and sugar. Well i need to use something else instead of ketchup for all of this chicken. I also wondered what i could do about veggies, I cant stomach any of them. What the hell do i do?? I need to eat them i just cant. Any ideas on this??.

Marky Marks icon is Bob Paris...a pro who competed in the late 80's.
On your chicken...try mustard (or spicy mustard) you'll be surprised. Veggies...can't help. You just gotta suck it up and eat em.

Just a quicky on veggies ... Take 1 can of corn nibblets and add 1/2 can of Herdez salsa .... WHooooo its good ...
you can also add some black beans ( rinse ) add them to this recipe by puting 1/2 can beans 1/2 can of corn and 1/2 can of salsa or 1, 1 , 1 then save 1/2 for later ....
make my spicy tuna on the recipe section ...jazz up your veggies by adding them to your meats ..... lots of ways .. do some experimenting...good luck

fior- i was kidding about the twin sister part (for now anyway)
i hate veggies too...the only way i can stomach eating broccoli is by putting some nat peanut butter on it...it sounds gross but the only thing you taste is the PB...same thing with cucumbers...
try some molly mcbutter on spinachWhat happens here, stays here

Hi!
I use Ms.dash in my egg whites,
sometimes I throw some salsa on there.
Try mixing up some Fat Free Honey mustard....2 parts brown mustard, One part FF Mayo and 2-3 packages of equal. It's good with Chicken, Tuna, Veggies, etc.
I also use alot of Balsamic Vinegar.

I wouldn't consider corn a veggie, more a carb
and you need to be eating green vegies, like brocoli, salads, zuchini, asparagus, try steeming them, it saturates them with some water and then they are easier to eat, just eat like a cup a day bro no biggie. As long as your getting fiber and Vitamins from other sources, there's no need to load up on them, just eat some.

if you're not worried about sodium, take a can of Progresso chicken noodle soup and add that to your chicken cut up. Not much noodles but changes everything. I'll usually add a half cup of brown cooked rice too.

Condiments
Pete,
Besides myself, you are the only person that I have heard of that eats their chicken with mustard. I love the tangy taste. Anyway the question at hand.
Ketchup has more sugar in it than your other condiments. Moyo has much more grease and fat. You can try putting other spices during cooking that will make it much tastyer.( spell?) I use Tony's Creole seasoning on my chicken. You can find it in the spice section of your local grocery. It does contain sodium and if you are trying to cut that out then try adding just a dash of cummin to the chicken before you cook it. Or you can try sprinkling some low fat cheese over the chicken right before you take it out of the oven, OR you can try adding some cream of chicken soup over the chicken before cooking OR you can .... crap, just go to the reciepe section and I will try to dig somthing up for you to spice your chicken up a little.

I don't know if you are worried about sodium content or not....but I like to use FF Italian dressing. It gives it a tangy taste (not really like the mustard), and you don't really taste the veggies. I have found that I can put that on any of my veggies and it works great!

I don't shop so I use whatever my honey buys for me. This week it's "Sam's Choice". Even Taco Bell has a brand they sell in the stores. You can't go wrong with any brand really. I like spicy best.

One of my favorite meals is 2 small whole wheat flat breads, a large chicken breast (cut and divided evenly) topped with mustard and black olives (good fats).
