Major diet critique for bulking w/out all the BFat...help please!!!
here is my diet. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks guys!
PS-Is fats before bed a good time to take them? secondly, should i have the protein and glutamine after my workout w a cup of juice, someone said it gets in ur system faster like this.
5 egg whites
2 strips of turkey bacon (low fat)
3/4 cup of oatmeal in skim milk
Meal 2-(pre workout)
1/2 cup of oatmeal
Mass X protein shake
(30 g's of protein, 48 g's of carbs)
5g's of glutamine
Meal 3 -(An hour and a half after post workout meal)
Grilled chicken fillets
salad or cooked veggies
cup of wild rice or pasta or bran flakes
Myoplex low carb protein bar
tuna or chicken
small cup of oats
scoop of natural pbutter
5g's of glutamine

What i have done in the past while bulking to keep the fat gain to minnimum was alternate between:
High protein, Medium carbs, low fat meals
High Protein, Low carbs, medium fat meals
So, basically it would look something like this:
Meal#1 High protein, Medium carbs, low fat meals
Meal#2 High Protein, Low carbs, medium fat meals
Meal#3 High protein, Medium carbs, low fat meals
Meal#4 High Protein, Low carbs, medium fat meals
Meal#5 High protein, Medium carbs, low fat meals
Meal#6 High Protein, Low carbs, medium fat meals

Hey bro....I was on a very similar eating program from June 15 to August 15. I gained 17 lbs of hard lean uscle and completly transformed my body. The key is to be consistant and stay away from starchy carbs. Good luck!
