I was wondering do veggies like brocli and coliflower count against carbs or is it ok to eat them all day with my meals?

Its come to my attention that due the GI strain the body places on it self trying to digest the fiber in broccoli asparagus and other green veggies that they become a 0 calorie food as in the body expends as much energy digesting and trying to digest what it cant then in the food... but I still count them...

i agree with soulstealer. studies have shown that certain foods have such little energy that your body actually uses more energy to digest and absorb the nutrients.
