Im looking to cut and maybe throw some lean mass in there, im gonan be eating clean doing cardio 3x a week for 30 min , HIT intervals......lifting 4 days a week...
I just did fina/prop for 10 weeks.....im gonna start this
Weeks 1-6 Fina...75mg ED
Weeks 1-6 Prop @ 50mg ED
Weeks 1-6 EQ @ 400mg per week
what you guys think , im 195 about 17%bf and about 5'10
This is only my second cycle...i was thinking about taking winny tabs 1 a day at 50mg for the 6 weeks...any modifications let me know?
substitute the eq with winny. If you are dead set on doing 6 week cycle, winny will be more effective than 6 weeks of eq. If you put the winny in instead of the eq, I like it!!
how long have you rested from the last cycle? should be at least 10 weeks. time on = to time off. get some clomid or hcg for the end. good luck
and one more thing: I think 30 minutes HIIT cardio is too much. I believe 15-20 minutes is perfect, otherwise it gets too catabolic. A good way I have found is doing HIIT after your weights: do 20 minutes in total consisting of 5 minute warmup, 15-16 minutes of 1 alternating 85-90% cardio and 55-60% cardio, then the last 3-4 minutes warmdown.
ok im gonan tabe 50mg winny tabs once a day???? and im gonan wait 9 weeks.....but yeah i wanan do 6 weeek cycles so i don;t have to wait too long to start up another one :)
Seee im a little etchy about this cycle, because my hair started to fall out a little when i in the shower, and my nipples are lactating from the fina.. do you think running
EQ 1-10 at 500mg
and winny 50mg ED will be a good cycle too
