Better that than coffee, IMO. Just make sure you drink lots of water and do not abuse it. Stick with the recommended dose and take time off from it...
Actually it is the SAME as coffee with some ephedrine mixed in. The medical comminity would say it is bad for anyone, but I dont think that the harm is really age based (assuming an adult body weight).
Coffee=60mg caffine ECA stack=200 MG caffine
It should speed up your metabolism and reduce your appitite. If you begin to get jittery you should reduce or discontiniue.

Some contain Guarara standardized for Caffeine... but basically don't over so it. As you can see in beenie's post that the dose adds up quickly. If you want this for fat loss - I would suggest starting at no more than one capsule for most brands.
If i do cardio before breakfast.. do i pop the eca down 30min earlier b4 doing cardio?
and one more thing...
the hydroxycut in australia doesnt have ma huang(edephrine) in it, it has citrus aurantium (synepherine) in it..
Synephrine give me headaches... but it is a bit safer than ephedrine. Less sides.
But yes, E/C/A before workout in the mornings. 30 minutes prior will make sure it is digested and you don't burp it up :wg: Remember to drink WATER the day before, before working out, during working out, and all day after... ;)
