Diet help please....lower BF
Ok, here's my stats:
22yrs old
196lbs
about 10%BF
6 foot
Bench max 365
My diet right now:
Everyday I eat as much as I can of whatever I can because I lose weight really easy.
My goal: I want to lose BF while at the same time gaining muscle. I'm using Fina but even with that if I don't eat a lot I lose weight easily. I don't do much cardio. I basically just want to get my mid section REALLY ripped. I have a good six pack, I just can't seem to get my stomach really tight. The problem I have is that I'm a student so time to prepare meals is non existent as well as a very limited money supply.
Can anyone please help me out with this and maybe give me sample meals or diets you following. Is there a place online to get an easy diet? What should my protein, calorie, carbs intake per day be?
PLEASE REMEMBER: I want to GAIN MUSCLE but LOSE BF
