    Talking tasty muscle meatloaf!

    Muscle Meatloaf:
    3 egg whites
    2 pounds of extra lean beer or turkey
    1 onion, finely chopped
    2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
    3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
    1/2 cup tomato sauce
    1 cup mushrooms, sliced
    2 teaspoons of salt
    1 teaspoon pepper
    1 teaspoon extra virgin oilve oil

    saute garlic, onion and mushrooms and one teaspoon of salt in the oil oil until onions are soft.
    Next mix all the left over ingredients(except tomato sauce) and your saute mixture together. Put it all in a loaf pan and pour sauce over top and then bake at 350 degrees.

    It serves 8.

    250 calories. 38g's of protein. 2g's carbs and 10g's of fat.
