    Abs help please...

I need some advice on my abs. I have a good six pack but there is a little loose skin...especially around the sides. What can be done? I'm on a fina cycle now so I don't want to loose weight just tighten the skin. I know cardio is probably best but again, that'll make me loose weight. Thanks

I assume you have lost weight to make your skin lose, right? How much weight have you lost (in total) and how long ago did you lose it?

I lost 20lbs over th e summer after my cycle cause I injured my shoulder and did nothing for 3 months. I've gained it all back now though. It's not really my stomach, more my love handles I want smaller. I eat as much of whatever I can find. A llot of junk food cause I don't have time for anything else.

You want to tighten obliques but not lose weight. That's tough. Usually love handles are a symptom of excess bodyfat. I would consider making time for something other than junkfood. There is a lot of information on this board about different diets you can try. Some are easier than others.
