    Diet Critique for possible addition of Clen/T3 to cycle

    So I'm thinking about cutting pretty hard right now, and doing 6 weeks of Clen /T3. I'm 4 weeks into my 2nd cycle. Broke up with the gf a little while ago, so motivation is through the roof. I've been tweaking my diet little by little, and I'm pretty sure I've got it down pretty well now to cut. I just want to make sure I'm doing everything I can to prevent LBM loss while on a Clen/T3. My last cycle was in dire need of a better diet, and I've learned from my mistakes, and I've kept a pretty clean diet for the first 4 weeks of this cycle.

    I'm not gonna get into cycling at 19% BF or 750mg wk Test E
    But...

    Meals look fairly good. IMO more of your fats should come from better sources - Yolks, olive, fish, or flax oils or nuts.

    I would consider moving your slow digesting casein shake to before bed and compensating appropriately the removal of protein from meal 5 and addition to meal 6
