    Question Carb Cycle PWO Carbs?

    Thinking on my no carb days if I should add Glucavol to my PWO only.
    I don't want my muscles starving but at the same time, this is a crucial time as well, Im sure I won't fill them up with 72g of carbs per day.
    Normally I do
    Sun - wens no carbs
    Thursday - friday high carbs
    Sat Low carbs


    Let me know some of your thoughts, my goal is fat loss currently 2nd, maintain muscle 1st

    Your no carb days should be cardio only or rest days. An intense workout without carbs would do more harm than good. IMO, some low intensity steady state cardio for 30 min or just rest.
