    Help out my Bulk diet

    Ok stats first.

    21 years old
    6'4"
    242lbs
    13% bf before cycle
    cycle: 12 weeks test e 450mg/week, 4 weeks dbol 50mg/day.
    PCT: Nolva, Clomid, Adex

I'm about done with the dbol and I'm up about 12lbs. I haven't had any noticable bloat, but I've been stuck at 242 for about a week. I am upping my calories to try and get the most out of this cycle. Not really worried about fat gain because I can shred it pretty easy.

Anyways I'd appriciate your help on this diet. I'd like to keep it to 2-3 different types of meals a day (college, buy stuff in bulk). Anyways here's some stuff I already have. I'm also eating greens, but the cals are so low I didn't feel they needed to be added. Same goes with my PWO shake.

    Meal #1
    2.5 cups oats
    2 chicken breasts
    1 serving natty peanut butter
    Totals- 1150 cals, 81g protein, 141g carbs, 32g fat

    Meal #2
    3 cups grain cereal
    3 cups 2% milk
    3 servings flax
    1 can tuna
    Totals- 1245 cals, 71g protein, 171 carbs, 33g fat

    Total Macros
    5940 cals, 385g protein, 765g carbs, 162g fat
    Protein-26%, Carbs-51%, Fat-24%

Math is off a little I think

I think your diet is lacking a lot of nutrients.
You need to break your meals into smaller meals, eat more often versus larger portions and less often. Make it 7 meals with 8-900 cals each.
Eat eggs, red meat (this is a must for mass), rice, potatoes, fruits and veggies to get enough fiber.

Research the diet forum a bit in depth.

    Good luck

Sweet Potatoes are cheap in bulk, if you buy em buy the box. Same with Red potatoes by the bag, just in case you want some kinda variety. Also, brown rice is cheap.

I chose not to write down my veggies due to it's low calories, but I am getting 3 servings a day. I'll sub out some lean beef and potatoes for a couple of the meals and get some fruit in there. Thanks for the help. Now I'm gonna redo the whole thing lol.

Where are you getting sweet potatoes by the box at size?
