Basically this is about overtraining up to a point and keeping protein low at about 1/4 lbs and replacing the calories with carbs then refulin with proteins.Everything last for threee weeks the purpose is ashock to the body in order to make better use of the proteins.I have some questions about it but first I waant to see if anyone tried it.

Protein Cycling I think they called it... not to bash our dearly departed Dan Duchaine but some of his diet ideas were crazy... and this was one of them.
Protein Cycling makes sense on paper but in real world it does not work as we would like it to, his bodyopus diet is probably one of the best fat lose tools out there...XXL
