I am currently working on assembling a diet to get me down to around 200-210, Right now I am around 230. I wanna lose some some solid fat and I looked at the calorie intake calculate and that brings me to a few questions..

1) Should I take the 230 maintenance level given by the calculator and take calories off from there or use the 200 maintenance calorie level?

2) Once you guys have a level set for your self and know a general composition such as 40-40-20. Do you then count calories everyday or figure it out once and try to stick with a very consistnet diet?

Also: If you do count what do you use to be accurate?
