    Hit a plateau!

Ok, ya'll have helped em with my diet before so I'm back again. I've been off AS for about 4 months now (itching to get back on) due to financial reasons. Anyway I've been on a bulking diet and here it is...
    6am
    1 cup oatmeal
    1 banana
    1 can tuna
    9am
    2 chicken breast
1 cup rice or baked potatoe
    1/2 cup mixed veggies
    12pm
    turkey breast sandwich
    1 apple/orange/grapes(whatever the wife buys)
    1 can tuna
    3pm
    2 chicken breast
1 cup rice or baked potatoe
    1/2 cup mixed veggies
    6pm
dinner (whatever the cooks) usually some form of red meat/veggies/potatoes
    7:30pm
    protien shake
    1 banana
    9pm
post workout protien shake w/ 1 cup oatmeal
    10pm
    2 cups milk
The thing is I've stopped putting weight, I've maintained all my gains from previous cycle and started putting on excess bf% so I'm fixing to start cardio.....see where I might need to improve on diet? Any help would be great....stats 6'2", 234lbs. bf%12-14%???????

Have you changed your workout? Looks like you are taking in enough calories to grow, but if your body has 'adapted' to the workout you've been doing, then you are not pushing yourself (all you will do is maintain what you have) and all those extra calories are just that...extra calories=body fat.
