How not to loose Mass and strength while on the KETO diet!?
This is my second day on the deit and I am kinda tired. LOL I was wondering how to stay on the diet lose fat and not any muscle? Is it possible? If so tell me how, or what else I can change. Thanks

Any diet change takes getting used too. It probably will take at least 2 weeks to get adjusted !!! If things dont improve write back...

You shouldn't lose much muscle while in keto assuming that your fat intake is high. It will take a while to get used to the ketones.

It does take a couple days to get used to it. You feel really weird on the 2 or 3 day mark- but once past that point it's all good- at least in my experience anyway
